Frequently Asked Questions About Las Vegas RV Rentals

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). Last-minute bookings are possible but availability may be limited.
What does hotel delivery include?
Hotel delivery includes pickup at your Las Vegas or Henderson hotel, a full walkthrough of the RV, and all necessary safety and operational training. We also document the RV's condition with photos.
Can I visit national parks and monuments?
Yes. Both the Travato and Transcend can visit Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park, and Lake Mead. Just let us know your destinations when booking.
What's the fuel policy?
Rentals include a full tank of gas and full propane. You pay for fuel and propane consumed during your trip. Return the van with a full gas tank to avoid overage charges.
Is this suitable for families with children?
The Transcend travel trailer works well for families. However, the Travato is not equipped for car seats or booster seats, so it's better suited for couples and small groups.
What happens if something breaks during my rental?
Contact us immediately at (702) 381-3068. Mechanical issues are our responsibility. Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair charges.
Can I smoke in the RV?
No. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside either vehicle. Violation results in a $500 cleaning fee.
What are the mileage limits?
Mileage limits depend on your rental agreement. The Travato includes 100 miles per day; excess mileage is $0.45/mile. The Transcend has different terms—ask when booking.
