We send you off with full propane and fuel for the van. You pay for any fuel and / or propane consumed during your trip. Rental Rules & Restrictions

What places can't I take the RV? β–Ό
Travato: No off-roading. This van is not 4x4 and must stay on paved or well-maintained gravel roads only. No deep mud, heavy rocks, or unmaintained terrain. Also, no airport or Strip casino drop-offs due to height clearance restrictionsβ€”rideshare is best (9 miles from airport).

Transcend: If towing, do not exceed 60 mph to avoid tire damage and safety risks. No persons or animals allowed inside the coach while being towed.
Can I take the RV to Burning Man or a music festival? β–Ό
Burning Man is strictly prohibited for the Travato. For other music festivals, you must ask permission first. Festival grounds can have rough terrain and unpredictable conditionsβ€”we need to approve your destination before you go.
Can I have a car seat or booster seat for a child? β–Ό
No. The Travato is not equipped for car seats or booster seats. If you're traveling with young children, this rental may not be suitable for your needs.
What's the speed limit for the Travato? β–Ό
Please do not exceed 70 mph unless needed to safely keep with traffic. The van will alert us if you go over 75 mph. For the Transcend when towing, do not exceed 60 mph.

Smoking & Substance Use

Can I smoke inside the RV? β–Ό
Absolutely not. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside either vehicleβ€”this includes cigarettes, cigars, weed, or vaping. Violation results in a $500 cleaning fee. Please smoke outside only.

Equipment & Safety

Can I go on the roof of the Transcend? β–Ό
Absolutely no roof access on the Transcend. This is a safety and structural integrity requirement.
How do I safely use the awning? β–Ό
Always power off the awning when not in use and never leave it unattendedβ€”especially in rain or heavy winds. Awning repairs start at $1,000, so please handle with care. Never force it open or closed.
What about the propane tank? β–Ό
Turn off propane tank switches when not in use and always while traveling. This is a critical safety measure to prevent leaks and hazards.
What height restrictions should I know about? β–Ό
The Travato is 9'4" tall. Be aware of height restrictions in garages, drive-thrus, and covered parking. Any damage caused by clearance issues is the renter's responsibility. When in doubt, ask before entering.

Return & Tank Requirements

Do I need to empty the black and grey tanks before returning? β–Ό
Yes, you must empty both the black and grey tanks before returning the vanβ€”unless you've purchased the prepaid cleaning add-on. If tanks are not emptied, a $100 charge will apply.
What if I return the van late? β–Ό
You have a 1-hour grace period. After that, a full extra rental day charge applies. Please return on time to avoid unexpected fees.
What condition should I return the van in? β–Ό
Return the van in the same condition as received. If the van is returned with excessive mud, dirt, or debris inside or out, a cleaning fee of up to $200 will apply. Please return it in a reasonably clean conditionβ€”a quick sweep and wipe-down helps avoid this charge.
