1. Rental Agreement

By renting an RV from Vegas RV Rentals, you agree to these terms and conditions. The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and must comply with all applicable laws.

2. Renter Requirements

To rent an RV, you must:

Be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license
Provide proof of insurance (personal auto insurance may apply)
Complete a damage waiver agreement if electing coverage
Provide valid contact information and emergency contacts
Pass a background and driving record review

3. Payment & Pricing

Rental fees are quoted based on the vehicle, rental dates, and mileage. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due before vehicle pickup. Fuel, propane, and delivery fees (if applicable) are additional.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30-15 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days receive no refund. Travel insurance is recommended and may provide additional coverage options.

5. Vehicle Condition & Maintenance

The renter must report any damage or mechanical issues immediately. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as pickup (normal wear and tear excepted). Cleaning charges apply for excessive dirt or damage.

6. Liability & Damage

The renter assumes liability for damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Optional damage waiver coverage is available and limits liability for certain types of damage. The waiver does not cover intentional damage, mechanical failures from misuse, or damage from illegal activity.

7. Mileage & Fuel

Mileage is unlimited. The renter pays for all fuel and propane consumed. The vehicle must be returned with fuel at the same level as pickup, or refueling charges will apply.

8. Prohibited Uses

The renter may not:

Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Exceed posted speed limits or drive recklessly
Tow additional vehicles or trailers without written consent
Use the vehicle for commercial purposes
Park on unpermitted land or violate local regulations
Smoke inside the vehicle

9. Limitation of Liability

Vegas RV Rentals is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or consequential damages during the rental period. The renter is responsible for their own safety and the safety of their passengers and belongings.
